We may share information about our transactions or experiences with you or your accounts, with companies related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates"). Examples of information the Bank may disclose are as follows:

  • Information that we receive from you on an application to determine whether a loan is saleable in the secondary market.
  • Information that we receive from you on an application such as deposits or loans that you have with other financial institutions to verify the accuracy of the information that you have provided us.
  • Information that we receive from you on an application such as existing loan balances to be paid from our proceeds to persons who will be involved in the closing of the loan, such as attorneys and title companies.
  • Information used by service providers that perform services on our behalf (such as check printing companies).
  • Information such as name and address used by us and/or our affiliates to mail marketing materials describing our/their products and services (through a marketing firm).
